As a Ward Assistant you will assist nursing staff in providing a high standard of care to patients and contribute towards maintaining a clean and safe environment within the Hospice. You will support the comfort and wellbeing of our patients and families and undertake roles including food preparation & distribution and light cleaning & housekeeping duties, such as making beds. To be successful in this role you will have experience working as a housekeeper or within a domestic role with an understanding of hygiene and infection control procedures. You will be caring and able to communicate with empathy. The closing date for this post is 23rd August and interviews will be held on 3rd September.
