Community Carers NSW is looking for a passionate and experienced Support Coordinator to join our supportive team and help NDIS participants across the Sutherland Shire achieve their goals, independence and wellbeing.
You’ll build strong relationships with participants, families and support networks, coordinate quality supports, monitor outcomes and help make navigating the NDIS easier.
About you:
- 2+ years’ NDIS Support Coordination or similar experience
- Strong understanding of the NDIS
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Person-centred and solutions-focused approach
- Level 1 or Level 2 Support Coordination experience highly regarded
Essential:
NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, Driver Licence, reliable vehicle and Australian working rights.
