About Aesthetics by Eimear

Aesthetics by Eimear is a bespoke aesthetics and skin clinic in the heart of Bondi.

We are a busy and growing business, continuing to expand our team and develop our clinic. We are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and a premium experience to every patient who walks through our doors.

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the practice and play an integral role in the continued growth of the business.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the clinic.

You will be responsible for:

- End-to-end practice operations

- Leading and supporting our team

- Rostering and staff coordination

- Payroll and staff administration

- Patient experience and communication

- Managing bookings and clinic flow

- Stock ordering and supplier relationships

- Improving systems and processes

- Supporting practice policies and compliance

You will work closely with the clinical team to ensure the practice runs efficiently and continues to grow.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in practice management or a senior operations role





- Experienced in a patient-centred healthcare environment

- A confident and supportive leader

- Highly organised and proactive

- Experienced with payroll

- Professional, warm and approachable

- Excellent with patients and team members

- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Experience in management, leadership or operations within aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, dermatology, medical or allied health will be highly regarded.
