Job Description for Test Lead for Sydney Location

10+ years of experience in the testing domain. Exposure to Insurance Domain

Responsibilities

- Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests
- Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing
- Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
- Track and prepare the test deliverables - Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary Report & Weekly Status report.
- Guide team on preparing test cases, requirement traceability matrix and daily status reports.
- Ownership of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in the testing domain
- Exposure to Insurance Domain
