About the role Grafton Base Hospital is seeking a Registered Renal Nurse to coordinate and deliver comprehensive haemodialysis nursing care, supported by competency-based education and training utilising high quality person centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
