We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive or Insurance Broker who is commercially minded, confident generating new business and enjoys being out in the market developing relationships.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in insurance broking, ideally in a new business-focused role
- A proven ability to generate and convert new business
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the broking process
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A confident and professional approach to dealing with clients and insurers
- Robust commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- The ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
- A strong desire to build a successful career within insurance broking
