Role Description The Affiliate Manager at Futuro del Trabajo SOFOFA Capital Humano is a part-time remote role focused on building and optimizing affiliate partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding recent affiliates, managing existing partner relationships, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure affiliate campaigns meet growth and revenue objectives. The role involves coordinating promotional activities, aligning affiliate offers with broader online marketing initiatives, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

The Affiliate

Manager will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns, improve conversion rates, and ensure clear, consistent communication with all partners. This position requires proactive outreach, structured follow-up, and ongoing optimization of affiliate programs.
