Agentic Workflow Business Analyst - Gemini Enterprise

What you'll do

- Run discovery with client stakeholders - workshops, interviews, and the fine art of getting people to describe what they actually do, not what the org chart says
- Map current-state workflows and identify where AI agents genuinely add value (and where they don't, honesty is a billable skill here)
- Translate business processes into agent specifications: triggers, tools, decision logic, guardrails, and the human handoff points
- Define success metrics and evaluation criteria - if we can't measure the agent working, it isn't
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Agent Builders on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, and occasionally recalibrate a client's expectation that AI will "just do everything"
- Write the documentation clients actually read: future-state designs, ROI cases, rollout plans





What you'll bring

- Solid BA foundations - process mapping (BPMN or similar), requirements, stakeholder wrangling
- Working knowledge of agentic AI: what agents can and can't do, where RAG fits, what a hallucination costs in production
- Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud's AI stack (Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI) - or the proven ability to get dangerous with a new platform fast
- Consulting instincts: you can hold a room, write a scope, and tell a client "no" without losing the account
