DCOH is seeking a Darwin-based project leader to drive major residential subdivision projects from feasibility through construction and completion. The role requires handling feasibility studies, budgets, cashflow, and approvals while coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
You will manage development cycles, liaise with legal and finance for contracts, and optimise design for cost, quality and constructability.
