Client Liaison Officer
- Salary: $82,000 per annum (Full Time) plus superannuation and NFP salary packaging benefits

About the Role We’re looking for passionate Client Liaison Officers to support clients to renew their Service Agreements and Schedules of Support. This role ensures services align with the client’s needs and available funding. The Client Liaison Officer works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with clients, families, and stakeholders to review ongoing support needs and ensure services align with funding and goals.
- Review NDIS plans and budgets to confirm service availability and alignment
- with individual funding.
- Coordinate and lead service renewal meetings to finalise Schedules of
Support and Service Agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of documentation and
- data entry into relevant systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and organisational processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven ability to build and maintain respectful and effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly, build rapport with diverse stakeholders, and negotiate outcomes that balance client needs with available resources.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Sound understanding of NDIS funding, service agreements, and pricing arrangements.
- Experience working within the disability or community services sector (minimum 2 years preferred).
