We're partnering with a highly regarded developer-builder to recruit an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for one of the Gold Coast's most prestigious luxury residential developments.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a business renowned for delivering premium high-rise apartment projects and creating exceptional residential communities. The Opportunity
You'll play a key role within the commercial team, helping deliver a luxury residential tower comprising approximately 170 premium residences.

The development includes:

- Architecturally designed luxury apartments and sky homes
- Premium beachfront location
- High-end finishes throughout
- Complex structural, façade and building services packages
- Resort-style resident amenities including wellness facilities, private entertaining spaces and leisure areas
- Long-term project programme offering excellent career stability

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of the commercial delivery from procurement through to final account while mentoring junior Contract Administrators.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead subcontract procurement and package letting
- Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements
- Manage project budgets,



forecasting and cost reporting
- Assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules
- Prepare financial reporting and project forecasting
- Identify and manage commercial risk
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Mentor junior commercial team members

About You
You'll ideally have:

- 7+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator
- Proven experience delivering commercial or multi-residential projects valued at $100M+
- Experience on luxury residential or high-rise developments is highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
