MUST NOT OWN BIRDS OF THEIR OWN (risk of cross contamination) OR BE AROUND THEM (Current Avian Flu Quarantines) This is a shed to shed move and requires VERY careful handing of the birds. Other than this - be able to get there and be reliable.
