Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care in clients’ homes across Canberra. This is a rewarding chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Roles Available:
Community Nurse (Clinical Care)

- Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
- Manage chronic diseases
- Provide post-hospital/discharge care
- Support clients with catheter, stoma, and continence care
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Provide health education and support for clients and their families
- Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice

Qualifications and Skills:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client homes

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $51.00 – $102.28 per hour
