Our Client is currently looking for an experienced and commercially astute business leader who is looking to join an iconic Caravan brand in the capacity of Dealer Principal.

We are seeking a highly motivated leader with a history of high achievement and a broad knowledge of the Caravan RV industry to establish a green fields site to be located in central Perth.

This is a rare opportunity for a passionate and ambitious individual that can deliver exceptional customer service to our customers whilst also providing leadership, training, and direction to the team members under your guidance.

Duties & Skills may include but not limited to…

- Drive this dealership to be a highly successful, with a high performing and well-regarded team to be built around you.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams along with a strong background in both Sales and Fixed Operations coupled with a willingness to lead from the front.
- Your remit will encompass all aspects of dealership operations, including leading and developing a high performing team, partnering with the Senior Leadership team to development and implement strategies for continued growth, identifying and capitalising on opportunities to maximise performance, and continue to foster our customer first attitude.

You will also be responsible for:

- Initial setup of dealership, along with recruitment of key staff in sales,



administration and service
- Day to Day running of the dealership
- Driving the achievement of internal market share and volume targets across the sales and after sales business
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships across various internal and external departments to ensure operational effectiveness
- Ensuring continued coaching, mentoring and developing of the Leadership team with an outcome to drive increased capability at a management level
- Advocating the dealership and working with peers across the business to take performance to great height.
