360 Personnel is currently seeking Production Operators and Production Forklift Drivers to join one of our valued clients based in Royal Park. Our client is a leading manufacturer of irrigation products and is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to become part of their growing production team.

These are hands-on roles working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While forklift duties are required, the majority of your day will be spent working on the production line, assisting with manufacturing, assembly, quality checks and general production duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Working on a busy production line assembling and manufacturing irrigation products

- Packing, labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch

- Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards

- Loading production lines with materials and components

- Maintaining a clean, organised and protected work environment

- Operating a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production area (approximately 20% of the role)

- Assisting with warehouse and general labouring duties as required

- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment





- A current LF Forklift Licence with practical operating experience

- An understanding that this is primarily a production role, with forklift operation making up approximately 20% of your shift

- A strong work ethic and willingness to perform manual handling tasks

- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Robust communication skills and a positive team attitude

- A commitment to workplace health and safety
