St Patrick’s College Townsville is an independent, Catholic, secondary girls' day and boarding school in the Mercy tradition. With a stunning oceanfront campus, the College offers young women an educational experience empowering them to dare to imagine their future.
The College is seeking applications for the position of Learning & Wellbeing Engagement Officer. This role supports students to engage positively in learning and College life by promoting attendance, punctuality, wellbeing, participation, and positive behaviours for learning. Working as part of the Pastoral Team, the position provides practical support to students, assists with student wellbeing and engagement initiatives, supports Indigenous education programs and scholarships, and contributes to the delivery of pastoral, wellbeing, and community engagement activities across the College.
The successful applicant will build positive relationships with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders,
while supporting the College's commitment to inclusion, student wellbeing, and educational success. Experience working with young people and an understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and perspectives will be highly regarded. The role is continuing, term-time, 38 hours per week, with hours to be worked in accordance with the operational needs of the College.
