About the role

West Perth Tyres (Bridgestone Select) is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in West Perth, WA. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring our customers receive high-quality service and expert care for their automotive needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of makes and models of vehicles

2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using the latest diagnostic equipment

3. Replacing and repairing parts, including tyres, brakes, suspension components, and more

4. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

5. Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication throughout the repair process

6. Maintaining detailed records of all work performed

7. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician CERT 2, with a strong background in the automotive industry

2. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve vehicle issues

3. Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

4. Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment, tools, and computer-based repair information systems

5.



Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner

6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanour

7. A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles
