Site Supervisor / Leading Hand – Construction & Civil

Specialising primarily in the agricultural sector, we provide complete turnkey solutions including civil, concrete, mechanical and structural works — from design through to supply and installation.

We’ve built a strong reputation for being hands-on, multi-skilled and solutions focused, delivering high-quality projects in challenging regional environments. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Builder to join our team.

This is a practical leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools when required, leading crews from the front and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

The Role

- Predominantly site-based role (approx. 80%)

- 2:1 roster when working away on projects

- Standard Monday–Friday when Perth based

You will be responsible for safely delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard across a range of regional construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate building, civil, excavation, formwork, concrete and general construction activities

- Manage multiple construction disciplines within a single project environment

- Lead site crews and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently





- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, drawings and client specifications

- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to future project opportunities

- Attend regional and rural sites to scope and plan upcoming works

- Work closely with the Project and Operations Manager to coordinate scheduling and project delivery

- Complete and manage QA/QC documentation and site reporting

- Implement and uphold HSEQ standards across all sites

About You

You are an experienced construction supervisor or builder who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in delivering quality work. You’ll be confident managing teams, coordinating trades and solving problems on site.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervisor or Leading Hand role within civil or commercial construction

- Strong understanding of construction, building and civil processes

- Carpentry Trade Certificate or Mechanical Trade qualification preferred

- Diploma of Building & Construction highly regarded

- Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work across regional WA projects
