We are seeking a creative and passionate new florist for a senior role at Chill Flowers. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch with our couriers and of course customer service.
- Work closely with the team to create visually stunning arrangements that showcase our floral products and attract customers.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Ensure that the shop maintains clean, organised,
and aesthetically pleasing in appearance.
- Strong literacy and communication skills to liaise with customers via email.
- Encourage continuous learning and skill development within the team.
About You:
- Proven experience in floral design and a deep understanding of different flowers, arrangements, techniques and design styles.
- Creative flair with an eye for detail and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team, multi task, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain a well organised work environment.
- Knowledge of business operations, including inventory, stock rotation, costing and quoting.
Approximately 38 hrs a week, weekends are Saturdays only, early close at 3:30pm on an occasional basis. Attractive salary and shift flexibility offered. Please send resume to *****@chillflowers.com.au
