Our client is a highly regarded Australian alternative investment manager with a strong track record and an expanding international investor base. As offshore demand for the firm's investment capabilities continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Asia Distribution Director to lead business development and investor engagement across key Asian markets. This is a high profile role within the Distribution & Investor Relations team, focused on expanding the firm's presence and distribution footprint throughout Asia. You will be responsible for developing new institutional and wholesale relationships, strengthening existing investor partnerships and identifying opportunities to grow assets under management across the region.

Working closely with senior leadership, investment professionals and internal stakeholders, you will develop and execute regional distribution strategies, coordinate investor communications and represent the business at client meetings, conferences, roadshows and industry events.



You will act as a trusted adviser to investors while serving as a key conduit between clients and the broader organisation.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in institutional sales, distribution or investor relations within funds management, alternative investments or broader financial markets. Experience covering Asian investors and distribution channels is essential, while bilingual language capabilities will be highly regarded.

Candidates of interest will demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills, a deep understanding of institutional investment markets and the ability to build credibility with a diverse range of investors and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a growth-oriented setting are critical to success.
