Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while supporting and developing the team. This hands-on role is focused on delivering great customer service, building solid relationships, and driving sales across a broad range of products.
What you would do in this role
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support daily branch operations, including team coordination and supervision
- Help drive sales growth by providing outstanding service and practical solutions
- Monitor product pricing, trading margins, stock control and merchandising
