Role Description
As a Senior Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant at Ecali Fine Jewellery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our prestigious family-owned boutique in Subiaco. We are a small team who are very conscious of a work life / home life balance. This can be a full-time role or part time role and will be crucial in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our discerning clientele.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalised recommendations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional, personalised service.
- Client relationship management experience is preferred to foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through significant emotional purchases such as engagement and wedding rings.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our exclusive jewellery collections
- Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
- Maintain an impeccable store appearance and ensure product displays are visually appealing
What we're looking for
- Experience in either luxury retail or jewellery industry is sufficient to meet our requirements
- Weekend availability is required as part of your adaptable working schedule.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a premium shopping experience
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the unique features of our jewellery
- Comprehensive jewellery product training will be provided from the beginning as no prior product knowledge is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to maintaining store presentation standards
- Flexible and adaptable
- A team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous
- Certification in Gemology or Jewellery Design is a plus
