You’ll prepare and plate a range of cold dishes, support a high-volume kitchen, and ensure food safety standards are met throughout the shift.
The role requires robust knife skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a dedicated team. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred.
