GURU HUNDAL FREIGHTLINES PTY LTD is currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Fleet Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. Located in the Altona Gate area within the Hobsons Bay region, this position offers a competitive salary package ranging from A$78,000 to A$85,000 per year.

In this agile role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's transport fleet. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with relevant Australian transport regulations and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

- Managing daily fleet operations and coordinating transport schedules to meet business demands.
- Working closely with drivers, maintenance providers, customers, and company management to optimise logistics and fleet performance.




- Monitoring vehicle safety, maintenance tracking, and scheduling routine servicing or repairs as needed.
- Ensuring all operational activities comply with safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Resolving day-to-day operational issues and supporting drivers to maintain high standards of service delivery.

To be successful in this position, you should possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in transport operations or fleet management. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential, as you will be liaising regularly with internal team members and external partners.
