CATALINA, one of Sydney's most iconic harbourside restaurants, is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. You will work in a busy, fine dining restaurant or bar environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits and beverages
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Maintain professional presentation and work ethic
About you
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience
- Strong cocktail, spirits and beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Qualified presentation and strong work ethic
- Current NSW RSA
- Availability to work weekends and a flexible roster
