Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of Barista experience
- Strong coffee skills in a high-volume café environment
- Expert in latte art and precision pouring techniques
- Team-focused with valuable communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a professional attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Weekend availability essential
Duties Include
- Preparing specialty coffee to a high standard, including latte art
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service during shifts
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and café standards
- Assisting with stock control and daily tasks
