? About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team ?

In this role, you’ll work closely with business teams, stakeholders, and technical staff to understand business needs, analyse processes, document requirements, and support the delivery of effective business solutions. This is a great opportunity to build practical Business Analysis experience and develop your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills ?

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement ?
- Assist with preparing business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows
- Work with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and expectations
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue tracking
- Analyse business data and prepare reports to support decision-making ?
- Assist with documenting business processes, workflows, meeting outcomes, and project requirements
- Support project teams with implementation and process improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Track requirements, issues, actions, and project deliverables
- Assist with identifying business risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives ?

? Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous internship, academic project, work experience, or exposure to Business Analysis is a plus ?
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is advantageous
- Understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, or software testing is an advantage
