What you'll be doing
- Deliver direct nursing care in line with care plans and scope of practice
- Monitor, assess, and report client conditions, escalating concerns as needed
- Support clients with daily living activities and emotional wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Contribute to a culture of quality improvement and patient safety
Selection Criteria
- Registration:
Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- 1. Relevant clinical experience in speciality.
- 2. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- 3. Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- 4. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
- 5. Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- 6. Commitment to continuing professional development
- 7. Demonstrate ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training
- 8. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia and willingness to use for work purposes
