Brand Activations Manager – Sydney

DE is an independent brand activations agency working with some of the world’s leading alcohol brands across thousands of venues Australia wide.

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Sydney team, someone who loves producing activations, thrives under pressure, and has great people skills.

What You’ll Do

- Manage key client accounts in alcohol / hospitality
- Oversee activation and promotion development from concept to delivery
- Brief and collaborate with creative, design, and supplier network
- Prepare timelines, budgets, and reporting
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities for organic account growth

What We’re Looking For

- 3-5 years’ experience in an agency environment (production, activations or integrated marketing)
- A confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines




- A passion for creative ideas and experiential marketing
- Solid presentation and client-facing skills
- Positive energy, accountability, and a genuine team spirit

The top 3 requirements for this role are:

- Immense attention to detail
- Prior activations experience in the On premise / alcohol / hospitality space
- Ability to perform under pressure and short deadlines
