Podium in Melbourne is seeking an Expansion Account Manager to grow revenue within our existing customer base. You will partner with two Customer Success Managers to drive expansion, upsell, and adoption across a portfolio of small business accounts.
You will own the pipeline, forecast performance, and build value-based solutions across Podium’s product suite, while operating in a fast-paced environment with a solid customer-centric focus.
