ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Drive customer profitability, growth, and retention across strategic global accounts
- Identify opportunities for value‑added sales, growth, and increased service adoption
- Conduct profit and loss reviews and ensure commercial agreements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑suite executives
- Engage internal teams (operations, finance, technology) to deliver value and service excellence
- Lead strategic conversations to influence customer programs and business decisions
- Deliver innovation by recommending and implementing new products and services
- Develop and execute customer business plans aligned to client goals
- Analyse customer data and trends to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
- Utilise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage communications and track activities
- Manage and deliver key customer projects with clear stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimise contract performance and delivery
- Influence change through strong storytelling, ROI articulation, and data insights

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management




- Proven success managing large, strategic, or multinational customers
- Commercial acumen and experience managing customer profitability
- Ability to build executive‑level relationships
- Experience working with cross‑functional and global teams
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong project management capability
- Travel industry experience preferred
