Responsibilities
- Participating in daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements
- Management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors
- Coordinating with the Production Supervisor to co-ordinate and maintain production volumes
- Utilising experience to develop and support other team members
- Maintaining plant and assets
- Resolving daily site issues
- Identifying hazards and assessing risk through regular safety audits and environmental risk assessments as per Fulton Hogan procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in Front End loader and Bobcat operation
- Light manual handling tasks are required
- High Risk Forklift license desired
- MR/HR license is desirable
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Motivated to support and motivate site teams ensuring focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule
