Job Description
- Team of 20 specialised speech pathologists to learn from and grow with
- Additional Benefits $1000 external PD allowance + monthly internal Think Tanks
- Diverse caseload across age groups | Home, school, aged care, day programs, * Service clients within Melbourne's western suburbs in a 30 minute radius from your home
- Mobile therapy: homes, workplaces, schools, aged care, and day programs
- Mixed-age caseload (children to older adults), predominantly NDIS with some private and aged care referrals
- Caseloads are tailored where possible to your clinical strengths and preferences
- Structured shadowing, supervision, and check-ins from experienced senior clinicians
- Option to work two days/month supporting the Indigenous community (with overnight support)

- Regular supervision and peer support tailored to your clinical needs
- Structured shadowing and mentoring with experienced clinicians
- Clinician-led practice: your voice and needs matter
- Strong adjustment support for those recent to a mobile service model

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
