At McPhersons Parts & Service in Parkes, we’re looking for an experienced Parts Manager to take the lead in our parts department and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

From managing stock and sourcing parts to supporting our customers and workshop team, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right parts are available when they’re needed.

The Opportunity:

- Manage our parts department to achieve business goals and budgets
- Liaise with our National Parts Manager regarding overall management of Parts Department
- Develop and maintain excellent long-term customer relationships and generate strong machinery parts sales.
- Source and order parts as well as generate quotes and invoices




- Maintain inventory in line with the business and customer needs, including seasonal demands
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote seasonal products

About you:

- Current forklift licence ticket or willing to obtain
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage a small team
- A great work ethic with an understanding of the importance of a safe and clean work environment
- Valuable problem-solving skills and ability to work quickly under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar position
