Australiance is seeking a Robust Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Brisbane team as 2IC to the Principal Geotechnical Engineer. The role combines hands-on design leadership, mentoring, and active site involvement to prepare for a Principal position within 1–2 years.

The successful candidate will lead geotechnical design across multiple projects, mentor graduates, and deliver IFC-quality reports while coordinating with clients and on-site teams in a high-performance culture.
