About the role

As the Cafe Manager at Curly's on the Corner, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of this popular cafe in North Curl Curl, NSW. This is a full-time role and is crucial to ensuring the smooth running of the business and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties

- Managing front of house cafe operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service

- Significant experience in a cafe or hospitality role, preferably in a rapid-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills,

- Proficiency in ordering and staff scheduling
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety regulations
