We are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable carers to provide high-quality support to our vulnerable clients.

Applicants need to speak at least ONE of the following languages:

- Italian
- German
- Spanish

You do not need to speak all three languages. Speaking any one of these languages confidently is suitable. We are looking for carers who are:

- Experienced in aged care, disability support or community care
- Humble, kind, patient and respectful when supporting clients
- Compassionate and understanding of each client's individual needs
- Able to maintain our clients' dignity, privacy, independence and choice
- Familiar with and committed to following all relevant care standards, policies, procedures and professional boundaries
- Able to understand the responsibilities involved in supporting vulnerable people
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to communicate respectfully with clients,



families and the care team
- Committed to providing secure, person-centred and culturally respectful care
- Able to follow individual care/support plans and report any concerns appropriately
- Committed to safeguarding clients and maintaining confidentiality at all times
