About the role

We are looking for trade‑qualified Carpenters to join our growing team delivering commercial fitout and maintenance works for national clients.

In this role, you will work across a variety of commercial sites carrying out first and second fix carpentry, shop fitout, joinery installation and minor maintenance works. You will be part of a professional, safety‑focused team working to tight programs across metropolitan and regional locations.

This role suits an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their work and is comfortable operating independently on commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out first and second fix carpentry across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Install joinery, cabinetry, partitioning, doors, hardware and associated fitout elements
- Complete minor maintenance and remedial carpentry works across client sites




- Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop drawings
- Work to project programs and coordinate with site supervisors and other trades
- Maintain a protected and tidy work environment in compliance with site safety requirements
- Represent Arden professionally when working directly on client sites

About you

- Solid experience in commercial fitout or retail fitout carpentry
- Ability to read and work from architectural and shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of finish
- Reliable, self‑motivated and able to work independently on site
- Current White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience with joinery installation, shopfitting or multi-site programs is advantageous
