About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Casual Chef to join our talented kitchen team. The role will report to the Sous Chef & the Executive Chef and is responsible for supporting the kitchen operations for our Restaurant, Bar and Events operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Controlling food preparation and waste managment & stock rotation for your section
- Leading by example as a hands-on-chef with excellent quality standards
- Establishing effective employee working relationships
- Assisting in menu planning,



implementation and execution
- Abiding by hotel regulations, policies and procedures

Skills & Experience To be considered for this position you will possess the following attributes:
- Trade Qualified
- Conference & Events and/or Restaurant experience
- Passionate about creating a fun and innovative team environment.
- Be flexible and adaptable to the different customer demands
- The ability to keep calm under pressure.
- A true passion for fresh ingredients & quality local produce
- Be creative and bring fresh ideas to the team
