We are seeking an experienced and reliable Full time Breakfast and Lunch Chef to join our boutique café in Docklands.
The ideal candidate has strong breakfast and brunch experience, works efficiently under pressure, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute breakfast and brunch service to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, speed and high quality
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen in Australia
- Leadership experience in managing a small team
- Strong breakfast service experience
- Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a slow-paced environment
- Must have Australian work rights
