Brightwater Hotel is looking for experienced Casual Chefs and Cooks to join its established kitchen team.

You’ll work across busy bistro services and functions at The Lakehouse, helping deliver consistent food for local regulars, families, celebrations and events.

This is for people who take pride in their food, work well with others and can contribute confidently during busy service.

What You’ll Do

· Prepare and cook quality pub and bistro meals

· Work across grill, pans, fry, prep and other sections as required

· Deliver consistent food quality, presentation and service timing

· Support stock rotation, preparation and waste control

· Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen

· Work closely with the wider team during busy service periods

Who We’re Looking For

· Chefs and cooks with experience in a pub, bistro, restaurant or busy commercial kitchen





· Trade qualifications for chef positions, or relevant practical experience for cook roles

· Confidence working through busy lunch, dinner and function services

· Robust food safety, organisation and preparation habits

· Availability across a range of shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

· A reliable teammate who communicates well and takes pride in their work
