Safer Sites is seeking Temporary Edge Protection Installers to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Upper Coomera, QLD 4209, this role will involve the installation and removal of temporary edge protection systems to ensure the safety of construction sites. Immediate start date available.
What you'll be doing
- Install and remove temporary edge protection systems, including handrails and guardrail systems
- Ensure all edge protection equipment is installed correctly and to the relevant safety standards
- Work closely with the site team to understand and meet the project's safety requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in construction or a similar manual labour role
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work at height and use power tools safely
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Manual license
