This role serves as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging the gap between heavy industrial operations and federal regulatory frameworks.
Key ResponsibilitiesSOCI Compliance: Lead business analysis to mature the Critical Infrastructure Risk Management Program (CIRMP).Gap Analysis: Evaluate "as-is" processes across mine-site operations, IT, and Operational Technology (OT).Requirements Gathering: Translate complex legislative clauses into technical requirements for project teams.Risk Mapping: Identify vulnerabilities across cyber, physical, personnel, and supply chain domains.Stakeholder Management:

Your ProfileSOCI Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of the SOCI Act 2018 and CISC requirements.Business Analysis: 4+ years of BA experience, ideally within resources, utilities, or heavy industry.Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the intersection of IT and OT environments (e.g., SCADA, PLC).Communication: Ability to distill complex government legislation into transparent, actionable workflows.
