As the Recruitment Officer, you’ll report directly to the Department Manager and play a key role in growing and strengthening our subcontractor fleet. You’ll proactively identify, attract, and onboard high-quality subcontractors, ensuring their vehicles and equipment meet our operational standards and that every new starter receives a strong, safety‑focused induction experience.

What you’ll be doing:
- Source and attract quality owner-drivers and fleet partners.
- Build and manage a strong recruitment pipeline.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate and convert leads.
- Advertise, screen and interview potential drivers.
- Manage onboarding from first contact to activation.
- Maintain driver engagement and retention.
- Identify recruitment opportunities and market trends.
- Track recruitment activity and conversion results.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide retention insights.
- Support recruitment campaigns and business growth initiatives.
