We're building environmental capital for future generations through biodynamic and regenerative practices, and we're looking for a Farm Overseer to help drive that vision forward.
About the role
This is a genuinely hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll take on day-to-day leadership of our cattle and poultry enterprises across two properties, with real autonomy to manage grazing, livestock and infrastructure while working closely with our Farm General Manager, Administration & Accounts team, and Poultry Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Sustainable, planned grazing management of circa 400 cattle across two properties
- All livestock husbandry, breeding, health management and record-keeping
- Development and improvement of farm infrastructure: water systems, yards, and general enterprise upgrades
- Championing a true safety culture and solid animal welfare focus across the operation
- Supporting maintenance for the laying hen enterprise
- Collaborating with the wider farm team to deliver on our regenerative and biodynamic goals
About you
We're just as interested in candidates ready to step up into their first management role as we are in those with 2IC experience looking for the next challenge. Prior management experience is not essential. What matters most is a genuine commitment to animal welfare, sustainable land management and hands-on farm work with a dedicated and passionate team.
