Pay: $35–$50 per hour, depending on experience and capability
Potential annual earnings: $80,000–$150,000, depending on hours and overtime
Tiro Industries is seeking an experienced concreter to join our crew!
The successful applicant will have proven experience completing concrete breakout and reinstatement works to a high standard.
The Role
Your work will include:
- Safe breakout and removal of existing concrete
- Preparation, forming, pouring and finishing
- Reinstatement of concrete footpaths
- Driveway and crossover construction and repairs
- Kerbing and other civil concrete works
- Operating power tools, hand tools and associated equipment
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised worksite
- Following project specifications and supervisor instructions
You must have:
- A minimum of two years’ concreting experience
- Demonstrated experience with footpaths, driveways, crossovers and kerbing
- Strong concrete finishing skills
- A current White Card
- A valid driver’s licence
- A sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable attitude and robust work ethic
- The ability to follow instructions and complete work to the required standard
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to site challenges
