Roles Available;

Early Childhood Teacher - Part Time

Diploma or Cert 3 educators - Full Time or Part Time Available

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate a play-based curriculum guided by the EYLF V2.0 and National Quality Standards

• Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Lead and mentor room educators in daily practice and reflective thinking

• Maintain high-quality learning documentation and individual portfolios

• Contribute to Quality Improvement Planning (QIP) and ongoing self-assessment

• Communicate effectively with families about children's learning and development

• Uphold all regulatory requirements under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

• All interview questions include child safe and values-based components to assess candidates' understanding of child protection responsibilities.

• New employees are required to complete Valencia Drive Early Learning Centre's Child Safe Induction and uphold our Child Safe Policy, Code of Conduct, and Mandatory Reporting obligations.

• We require evidence of current child protection training (in line with the NSW Child Protection Update requirements).
