Our client is a WA owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the state.
They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors including offices, schools, apartments, aged care, retail, recreation, health and mixed-use developments, typically ranging from $20M–$300M.
Due to continued project growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team and sit on a project valued at $120M.
The Role:
- Commercial management of one major project
- Working closely with the Project Manager and site team
- Managing procurement, subcontract administration, variations and cost reporting

About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Experience managing projects $80M + as the commercial lead.
- Previous main contractor experience is essential
- Local experience and key relationships with the local supply chain.
- 10yrs+ experience working in commercial building
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid commercial awareness and persuasive negotiation skills
