About the Position: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 2–4 years PAE to join this thriving practice. In this role, you will handle a broad range of legal matters, including:

- Business structuring, acquisitions, and sales
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Risk management and commercial dispute resolution
- Franchising, intellectual property, and business negotiations

You will work closely with experienced professionals, gain direct client exposure,



and have the opportunity to build long-term client relationships while handling complex and rewarding legal matters.
Key Requirements:

- 2–4 years PAE in corporate or commercial law (private practice preferred)
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters effectively and meet deadlines
- Commercial acumen with a proactive and problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
