About the Role: This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Family Lawyer (5+ years PAE) looking to elevate both their income and influence. You’ll join a high-performing team of over 15 legal professionals and take the lead on sophisticated, high-value family law files involving:

- Financial agreements and complex property settlements
- Divorce, de facto, and same-sex relationship disputes
- Parenting arrangements and relocation matters
- Spousal maintenance and child support
- Litigation and dispute resolution

With a clear path to Senior Associate level and beyond, this role also rewards contribution with a generous bonus structure tied to performance metrics.



Your legal skills and client outcomes will translate directly into career and financial advancement.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently
- Skilled in advocacy, negotiation, and client strategy
- Commercially savvy with business development experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
